Tired of those ingrown hair issues that keep surfacing every now and then? Actually many men and women face the situation but there are not many suggestions on ingrown hair treatment around the internet and that is exactly what prompted us to come up with this post.

The tips and techniques will not only help you deal with existing conditions but can also prevent the frequent reoccurrences. More importantly, they do not involve any harsh chemicals.

Prevention

1. Exfoliation is an essential skincare step for everyone but if there is particular area for ingrown hair issues exfoliate it often. You can choose almost any product until it is not harsh on skin.

2. Shaving is thought to be one of the primary reasons for ingrown hairs. Quite clearly, you cannot stop doing that but it helps to shave in the direction of hair growth.

3. Similarly, experts say that you should prefer single blade designs over multiple blade ones. This doesn’t drag hair along the blade. Also rinse you blade after every stroke.

4. If you have developed a bump or tender area due to ingrown hair, do not shave for some days.

Treatment

1. If you are looking for a treatment option, buy Ultra Hair Away spray or a similar formula that can inhibit growth. Such solutions go deep into the skin and hair follicles to retard growth so hair can’t curl and go deeper.

2. Now in case you are looking for something absolutely instant, soak the affected area in a vinegar solution after exfoliation. Use sterile tweezers or needle to scrape out the skin and pull the hair out.  Do not forget to apply antibacterial lotion.

3. Regular application can also work as an ingrown hair treatment too. However, it is not the bankable option on this list.
