Few hair removal methods for women that work but leave you painful

Women have been battling to get rid of unwanted hair through various means over many decades. With advanced technology, their efforts have reached a level where they can bid farewell to painful methods of hair removal. Now, with a horde of hair removal products in UK, women have less to fear. It is an awful feeling to have body hair when you want to wear that favourite shorts of yours and flaunt your legs. For some women it’s a hereditary problem and for some it is caused by medical conditions such as polycystic ovaries and menopause. Thankfully, there is no dearth of hair removal methods.

  • Laser/Pulsed light: One way of losing unwanted hair is through laser treatment where a beam is sent through the hair shaft down to the hair follicle, destroying the root of the problem. With repeat sessions, you can achieve slower growth rate and eventually hair may even stop growing. It is a preferred treatment for women with dark hair and light skin.  About 5-7 sessions are usually enough to reduce hair growth and touch ups thereafter once a year would be needed.
  • Electrolysis: Using a tiny needle that is slid down to the hair follicle to destroy the cells that are responsible for hair growth, electrolysis is known as one of the permanent hair removal methods. But the process is ridden with discomfort and can cause tiny scars as a needle is involved. Around 25 sessions may be needed to get rid of unwanted hairs permanently.
  • Inhibitor spray: Ultra Hair Away is a naturally formulated spray, developed to slow down hair growth and ultimately stop hair growth. This unisex product does not even leave oily residue and can be applied to any body part. It needs to be sprayed on the area and massaged until it gets absorbed. The area must not be rinsed and you must ensure to wash off your hands after application. The basic benefit of this spray is that you achieve desired results without feeling the pain.
